EVALUATION OF ENDOMETRIAL Bcl-2 EXPRESSION AND Ki-67 PROLIFERATIVE INDEX IN INFERTILE PATIENTS WITH AND WITHOUT POLYCYSTIC OVARY SYNDROME

Objective: In women of reproductive age, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most prevalent cause infertility. The purpose this study to compare Bcl-2 and Ki-67 values between infertile patients with without PCOS.
 Material methods: included twenty-seven diagnosed PCOS another twenty-eight who did not meet criteria for PCOS. Smoking, pelvic infection symptoms, endometrial polyps submucosal myomas during a transvaginal ultrasound, pituitary insufficiency, hyperprolactinemia, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, having had adnexal surgery male factor that will result in infertility are all considered exclusion criteria. All patients' data were collected, including length their infertility, body mass index (BMI), waist-to-hip ratio (WHR), hirsutism score, blood pressure, total testosterone, triglyceride, cholesterol, LDL, HDL values, as well Homa-IR Hs-CRP readings. pathology specialist examples evaluated levels.
 Results: We found BMI, WHR, testosterone level, HOMA-IR, hs-CRP significantly higher cases also cells sterile than control group. 
 Conclusions: levels rise patients, preventing apoptosis, limiting formation suitable environment, embryo implantation. may frequently experience recurrent pregnancy losses. problem be increased activity estrogen. primary treatment depend on further investigation into variables affecting estrogen synthesis GnRH release. care plan should built around goal.
